El Peñol e seus 700 degraus

Depois de um caminhomuito bonito, chegamos em El Peñol. Esse lugar já é outro município, também pequeno, mas fica muito próximo de Guatapé. O riquixá deixou a gente na entrada para subir a famosa pedra.

Para subir, são cerca de 700 degraus, custa 10 mil pesos, mas a vista vale a pena. O único problema que tivemos foi que a moça do guichê vendeu um ingresso sem o canhoto para uma amiga e insistiu dizendo que tinha vendido com. Por fim um teve que pular a catraca. O aviso que fica é: observe muito bem seu ingresso no ato na compra.

Passado o estres, começamos a subida. Não é tão fácil quanto parece, mas a cada passo a vista vai ficando mais bonita. Leve água para beber no caminho. No alto da pedra tem restaurantes, e foi lá que bebemos a melhor michelada que provei na Colômbia! Somente 4 mil pesinhos :)

Após lindas fotos, descemos da pedra e pegamos o ônibus de volta para Medellín, que também custou 12 mil pesos.

El Peñol and the 700 steps

After abeautiful way, we arrived in El Peñol. This is another city, very small, really close to Guatapé. The rickshaw took us to the entrance of the famous rock.

To go to the top it’s around 700 steps, costs 10,000 COP but the view, worth. We faced just a small problem with the woman selling the tickets. She gave to a friend of just a ticket stub and when we noticed that, she kept saying for a long time she have sold the ticket complete. In the end, one of us had to jump the turnstile. Remember to observe the ticket when you buy it.

After the stress, we started to go up. It’s not that easy as it seems to, but each step the view gets better and better. Don’t forget to take water when you go. From the top of the rock, there are a lot of restaurants and there I tasted the best michelada of Colombia! Only 4,000 COP :)

We took amazing pictures and went down the rock. There is a bus on to go back to Medellín that costs the same to go: 12,000 COP.
