Europa Parte 1: Alemanha e Áustria!

[English version below]

Eu cheguei! Eu estou viva!

Europe Part 1: Germany and Austria

I arrived! I’m alive!
I took my first flight of the trip from Vitória to Rio, where I discovered that my flight to Europe was late. I spent a lot of time doing nothing at Galeão Airport, and at 9:45 PM, the flight left Brazil and the journey started.
I’m that kind of person who never grew and likes to enjoy the little window of the plain. But there is advantages and not doing that. Sometimes it’s hard to ask the sleepy guy at your side to wake up when you need to go to the rest room. And worst, it’s hard when the same guy decide to sleep on your shoulder! Ahahahahahah So, talking about the good things of the little window, besides the view when the plain is landing, it’s good to know that you are not the one in the middle sleeping on someone else shoulder.
The flight was really fine, the KLM service is pretty good. I was so tired, sooo tired, that slept more than 8 hours of the 11 hours flight. At 1:15 PM (Amsterdam time) I arrived in Netherlands. It’s so strange and good being alone in this place. Even the airports being the same in the whole world, I could start to feel that I’m definitely in a place that I’ve never seem something equal.
After landing, and almost in time to take the plan to Munich, I passed through the immigration control, where they asked me where I was going to (Munich, in this case), for how long I intended to stay in Europe, where (I told I was visiting some friends) and he checked my back flight. So, in 5 minutes I was in Schengen space, ready to start the Europe part of the trip!
First I went to Hahnbach, to visit the first person of the trip, Richi. On the first day we went to a dinner on a guest house. A very nice place, with the radio tuned in some German radio… when it starts to play… “nossa, nossa assim você me mata!” I couldn’t believe when I was in Brazil how famous it still is here. Now I know hahahaha
Richi kindly received at his place and gave to me a unique opportunity to visit the US Army base in Germany. Our plans were going to Austria, so on the next day we met his friend Kyle to go to Vienna by car. It was a very interesting trip: Richi driving, Kyle and I sleeping hahahahahaha
In Vienna we met other two friends, Matt and Brad, and stayed at the great host called Wombats the Lounge. Vienna is a very calm and beautiful city, with a nice historic center. Unfortunately it was raining a bit, but wasn’t too much. I met 2 good couchsurfers friends too, Dominik and Viviana, who kindly showed us the city.
On the last night, coming back from the club, we stopped at a place that sells sausage with brad. It was really cold and we asked to go inside We met Christine, a Austrian friendly girl, who we talked for some time. Even Richi was frying the sausage and I drank a tequila beer.
On the next day I decided to go to Budapest with Richi and his friends, and after Prague, to take my flight to Copenhagen.

Budapest part coming soon… ;)
